Workout Journal Notes

It was like a Polar Bear Club meeting this morning, at a “cool” 25 degrees!

Thankfully, I was laced up from head-to-toe in my UnderArmour ColdGear Ninja Suit, and I couldn’t believe it, but I was actually almost too warm by the end.

Of course, it took about 10 minutes to get the blood flowing at first, but I felt great after that.

We knocked out some big circuits today with a ton of different exercises/stations in each one.

Then, we ended with a particularly action-filled core circuit too.

I felt fantastic throughout the entire hour, and there’s no better feeling than seeing the clock read only “8:30AM” on Saturday morning, knowing you’ve just knocked out an awesome and intense workout.

Tomorrow is measurement day, so we’ll see what happens!
