Workout Journal Notes
I’m still shaking off the cobwebs and readjusting to the “real” world, after my exciting week-long end-of-the-year vacation.
I stuck to my diet 100% throughout the first 6 days of my trip, to the point of lugging a 50-quart cooler filled with frozen vegetables and chicken breasts from location to location.
Then, I finally let loose on New Year’s Eve/Day in celebration of the New Year.
Today, I got the last bit of cravings out of my system, like Chinese food and a hot dog, along with quite a few other guilty pleasures, so I’m ready to get back on the wagon and refocus.
Of course, the end-of-the-year binge is going to skew my results a little bit on Sunday, but it will only make the 2-week gap even more exciting and volatile!
