Workout Journal Notes
It was great to get back to speed camp after missing it Saturday morning thanks to a power outage and thus a blinking alarm clock.
I hadn’t been in over 2 weeks, since I was finishing up “Maximum Strength,” and I had never been to a Monday morning session before.
I was the only guy with about 8 other women. The ratio is usually the other way around.
I noticed my endurance had dropped off just a bit, since I hadn’t done any real cardio in a few weeks, but I’d say I only lost about 10%, and I’m confident it will come back very quickly.
Those Buddhist push-ups were tough stuff! But, my core held up well, and I breezed through the ending core work.
I really like every single speed camp workout and love how different each one is, so I may even go again before my usual Saturday session.
