Off Day
Workout Journal Notes
It was kind of weird having an off day on Tuesday, since it was the first one in a while.
Technically, “Maximum Strength” is actually set up this way, but I’ve always adjusted the schedule slightly to leave the weekends open.
I figured I follow it to the letter these last two weeks, since they are building up to the final test, plus it works out perfectly, making Thanksgiving Thursday an Off Day as well.
I’ll be doing my first upper body workout of the week tomorrow, and my hand and forearm are almost back to 100% after this past weekend’s Bowl-o-rama.

- Height- 6’3″
- Weight – 189.6 lb.
- Bodyfat – 16.5%
- Biceps – 14.2″
- Calves – 14.75″
- Thighs – 24.5″
