Happy New Year! I just got back home a few hours ago, and I had an absolutely awesome 7-day vacation.
I’ve definitely had my fill of 6+ hour car rides though!
After sticking to my diet all week, lugging a 50-quart cooler several hundred miles across the country, I brought the New Year in, in style, with a smorgasbord of goodies, ranging from Chinese food to ice cream to marshmallows.
Now, it’s back to “normal” tomorrow, and I’ve never been more anxious to check out my measurements and results than I am for this Sunday.
Not only has it been 2 weeks instead of one for the first time since I can remember, those 2 weeks were extremely unlike my usual routine, so it should be very, very interesting!

- Height – 6’3″
- Weight – 186.8 lb.
- Bodyfat – 16.5%
- Biceps – 14.15″
- Calves – 14.7″
- Thighs – 23.6″
- Waist – 32.2″
