Workout Journal Notes

I’m still having fun just experimenting with some body-weight exercises for an active-recovery week.

I’m doing circuits of descending reps with only 60 seconds rest between each circuit, and I start each day with a set of 1 more rep than the day before.

So, tomorrow, I’ll start with 7 reps, and I always do as many reps as possible on the last set, instead of just 1 rep.

Again, this is just something I came up with on a whim, so it’s perfect for my active recovery.

I’ll probably stick with this type of thing until Christmas week, then I’ll take my complete off-week then to coincide with all of the traveling and extra holiday activity.
