Workout Journal Notes

I can’t believe how fast this first week of Phase 3 flew by! It was another great and fun workout today.

I was surprised to see Lying Dumbbell Extensions, since they don’t seem like much of a compound movement, as most of the other exercises in the program are, but “Maximum Strength” hasn’t let me down so far, so I’m sure there is good reason.

In fact, they were a bit nostalgic, since I don’t think I’ve done them since high school.

Depending on whether this rainy weather keeps up, I should be heading to speed camp tomorrow morning.

I went to the one on Tuesday this week, but I haven’t been to an early morning session in about a month or more, so I hope that works out.

They also just opened up a Trader Joe’s on that side of town, so I’m going to buy some “Raw” almonds in the morning to see how they compare to my “Regular” almonds I buy from Sam’s Club.

I’m not even sure if the ones I buy now are raw are not, because they don’t say one way or the other, just “Whole Almonds.”

Anyone know the difference?
