Today’s Workout Log
Speed Camp
99 0-yard dashes!
Workout Journal Notes
I got stood up again! This is the second time that the trainer didn’t show up, and considering the entire session is only 6 weeks, that’s not a very good percentage…
Maybe it’s for the best though, since this is my Very High Intensity week on “Maximum Strength,” and even though I feel great, my legs may not be quite 100%.
At least this way, we can reschedule for next week, which happens to be the lowest intensity week of “Maximum Strength,” allowing me to be as fresh as possible for the final 40-yard dash test.
As long as I break the 5-second barrier, then everything is all good!
To compensate for the lack of activity today, I’ll simply cut a few calories, similar to my usual non-workout Sunday’s.
Again, this is probably for the best, because it also means I’ll be fresh for tomorrow’s second Very High Intensity leg day of the week.
