Workout Journal Notes

I did it, cluster training is officially over!

This is only week 3 of Phase 2, but today was the last cluster workout of this phase, and I’ve peeked ahead to see that there aren’t any clusters in Phase 3 either.

Honestly, I was finally getting used to them and felt fantastic throughout all of today’s workout, but I certainly won’t miss them!

I completed every rep of Incline Bench Presses and a full 46 of 48 total pull-ups.

There’s only two more workouts left this week, then next week is the always much-anticipated “Very Low” load/recovery week.

Tomorrow, I’ll be headed back to the park for HIIT sprints, and since I did 40’s last time, I’ll do 60’s tomorrow.
