Workout Journal Notes

I still can’t believe how easy it was to go 24 hours without eating, especially on my first try.

I’m intrigued to say the least and will be experimenting with a few more tweaks in the meantime.

As much as I absolutely loved “Maximum Strength,” it is really nice to not have everything so structured, as it has been for the past 4 months.

When I launch into a new program, or pretty much anything else, I go all in, so to have a bit more freedom now to experiment is exciting.

I just did a light body-weight workout today, and I’ll continue with similar workouts for the next couple of weeks.

I was planning on taking a full week off right after “Maximum Strength,” but with it being so close to the holidays, I’m going to save that week to coincide with Christmas week.

I’ll be doing more traveling, walking, etc. then anyway, and it will be perfect timing.
