Getting ready to head to Atlanta for the week with friends, so there will be plenty of basketball to keep the calories burning, plus I’ve got my trusty Jungle Gym for go-anywhere body-weight workouts.

It’s going to be a long drive, but a fun week that will make it completely worthwhile!
