“Maximum Strength” complete!
I finished “Moving Day” today, testing all of my 1-rep max’s again.
Since I’m only one day away from taking my usual stats and measurements, I’m going to be posting the results tomorrow morning along with the weekly update, so I can compare all of the numbers relative to my current body weight at each point.
I can’t believe how fast those 16 weeks flew by, thanks mostly to how fun and dynamic “Maximum Strength” was from start to finish.
I’ll also be posting a more lengthy review of the entire program tomorrow too, so check back!
Current Stats and Measurements (November 30, 2008)
- Height – 6’3″
- Weight – 188.4 lb.
- Bodyfat – 18.5% (crazy digital scale!)
- Biceps – 14.2″
- Calves – 14.6″
- Thighs – 24.3″
- Waist – 32.1″
- Chest – 42.1″
