Merry Christmas to everyone!
Even though today was an “off day” from working out (well-deserved after yesterday’s holiday special speed camp!), I’m sure I still burnt plenty of calories traveling all day, picking up 20 to 50-pound sisters and nephews.
I’m heading out of town for an entire week tomorrow, so I’ll be continuing with my improvised body-weight workouts while I’m gone.
This should be an interested week-long case study on staying in shape on the road, so I’ll continue to post my daily updates while I’m gone too.
