Workout Journal Notes

Turkey Day is over, and it was back to work today!

Thanks to abstaining from all of the Thanksgiving feasts I attended yesterday, I was free from any overeating hangovers.

I felt solid throughout every exercise today, and my abs finally weren’t sore at all for Bar Rollouts.

Maybe they have just adjust to whatever was causing the soreness, probably the Reverse Lunges with Front-Squat Grip, so I was able to knock out several more Rollouts than usual.

I also increased Pistol Squats by a total of 3 reps over last week. Man, those things are tough!

Tomorrow is basically the last really tough workout of “Maximum Strength,” since next week is all smooth sailing in preparation for next Saturday’s “Moving Day” test to see what kind of gains I’ve made.

That should give me extra motivation to really plow through tomorrow, and I can see the finish line now!
