Workout Journal Notes

Another beautiful day today, perfect for HIIT sprints. It was about 68 degrees, and the field was nice and dry.

I completed 13 60-yard sprints, for a total of 780 yards.

Next time, on Saturday, I’ll be doing 100′s again, and I’ll be shooting for at least 9 or 10, since I got 8 in last time.

Back to “Maximum Strength” tomorrow, and it doesn’t seem nearly as scary with the clusters behind me.

I shouldn’t speak too soon though, because I’ve still got two more days of this “Very High” load week!
