accidental Off Day…
Workout Journal Notes
I was excited about getting back to speed camp this morning, since I hadn’t been for the last two weeks.
Unfortunately, the power went off in the middle of the night, so I woke up to a blinking alarm clock, well after the alarm was supposed to go off!
So, this morning’s session was already over, but I’m going to go to the very next session which is Monday morning, so I won’t have to wait all the way until next week — I don’t want to lose too much of the endurance I’ve been building up!
Also, given my accidental off day, I decided to throw in another 24-hour fast today, as I continue my experiment with IF (intermittent fasting).
I’ll write more about that tomorrow with my weekly results, and I’m very interested to see what kind of numbers this topsy-turvy-fasting week will produce!
