Today’s Workout Log
Off Day
Workout Journal Notes
It always feels weird to have an off day in the middle of the week, but it was well-earned after yesterday’s two-a-day.
I was pleasantly surprised at how little soreness I felt this morning. If level 10 is “I can’t move, and I’ve fallen and I can’t get up,” then I was only at about a 1.5.
I felt a little bit in my vastus medialis muscles, which I expected, because I’ve never felt those getting torched like they did yesterday, but the soreness was very mild.
I’d like to think the stretching I did last night helped, because I spent about 20 minutes working out the kinks right before going to bed.
Tomorrow it’s back to work for another completely new workout, since I’m still in the first week of Phase 3.
I’m looking forward to it as always!
