Workout Journal Notes

Over half a week in to my semi-keto diet and I’m feeling better than ever.

I haven’t noticed any loss of energy or strength at all, even with only about 85 grams of carbs per day, and over 40 of those are fiber.

Granted, it’s still very early, but I’m very excited about the potential results.

All gassiness and bloating is completely gone as well.

The workout went great, increasing on every set, with planned increases for next week too.

Time was flying so fast, I barely even noticed this was “Very High” load week, and I felt just as good on the last rep as I did on the first.
