Tomorrow is the BIG day, four months in the making!
I’ll open up with my usual 30-minute warm-up, then work my way up to my 1-rep max in each exercise.
I’ll do broad jumps separately, just like before, because I’m going to drive out to the same soccer field I used the first time to get as accurate a comparison as possible, though I’ll have to warm up again to account for the much colder weather.

- Weight – 188.4 lb.
- Bodyfat – 18.5% (crazy digital scale!)
- Biceps – 14.2″
- Calves – 14.6″
- Thighs – 24.3″
