I decided to conduct a little experiment this week, making myself the guinea pig.
My theory was that my body simply doesn’t like carbs and converts even a relatively small amount to fat.
So, I increased carbs while decreasing my total calories per day by nearly 400!
The results were even more shocking than I expected…
