- 20 leg-ups
Workout Journal Notes
Wow, today was a holiday special! It was the last speed camp session of the year, and he definitely made sure we got more than enough work in to last through the holidays.
We went pretty much non-stop from start to finish, and it lasted closer to 90 minutes than the usual 60 minutes.
He called it a freestyle session, since nothing was really planned, and we just performed a TON of different exercises and circuits on the fly.
As always, it felt great when it was done to know how much work you’ve just put in and will make tomorrow’s off day feel much more deserved and worry-free.
